How to Tie a Bow Tie

Place the bow tie around the neck of the shirt; begin with one end ("A") two inches longer than the other end ("B").

Cross the end "A" over end "B".

Bring the end "A" through the loop.

Double end "B" over itself, centering the loop where the knot will be.

Bring the end "A" down over the centre of the loop.

Double end the "A" over itself and push through the loop behind the bow tie.

Then adjust by pulling the both ends to tighten.
